Temporary HR Advisor – Education Sector (Term Time Only)
Location: Yeovil Area
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Pay Rate: £17.18 per hour
Contract: Temporary with a Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidate
Smart Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join a local school on a term-time only basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a CIPD-qualified HR professional to work in a rewarding education environment, providing comprehensive generalist HR support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide face-to-face generalist HR advice and guidance to management on employee relations and people management issues across Schools and Sports Centres
Advise on HR policies, procedures, employment legislation and compliance
Oversee and manage a wide range of HR processes, including:
Maternity, Paternity & Shared Parental Leave
Flexible Working Requests
Disciplinary & Grievance processes
Absence and Performance Management
Annual Performance Reviews
Training & Development
Conflict Resolution
Off boarding and exit arrangements
