Main Responsibilities Provide advice to all UK business units as required on issues such as attendance, capability issues, disciplinaries, flexible working etc.; Undertake meetings such as investigations, grievances as required; Provide cover for Head of Human Resources at meetings and/or during periods of annual leave; Assist Head of Human Resources with complex employee relations cases/queries; Assist company solicitor and work closely with HR Administrator with ECRs/ET claims; Manage key relationships within the business, working closely with managers as well as building strong working relationships with the Trade Unions; Prepare monthly HR Report; Develop and co-ordinate Company policies and procedures, working with both Senior Managers and the Trade Unions; Keep up to date with employment law to ensure that any advice given is accurate and relevant; Undertake ad hoc projects as required; Develop suite of standard letters a...
