An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employee Relations professional to join a dynamic HR team, providing expert guidance and support across the full employee lifecycle. This role offers the chance to make a real impact, working closely with managers and employees to foster positive workplace relationships and ensure a high-quality service. The Role The Employee Relations Specialist will take ownership of a varied caseload, covering matters such as disciplinaries, capability issues, grievances, sickness absence, flexible working requests, and investigations. They will also contribute to organisational change projects, including mergers and acquisitions. A key part of the role will involve coaching and developing managers to confidently manage ER matters, helping to build a culture of fairness, transparency, and collaboration. The successful candidate will work closely with HR Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, and legal teams to ensure compliance with UK employment law and ACAS guidelines, while influencing strategic decisions through insightful reporting and analysis.
