Working within a well respected HR Team, this generalist role is crucial to the achievement of business objectives, and will involve providing advice and guidance and HR support to leaders and teams across a wide range of HR activities. Excellent interpersonal skills, tenacity and assertiveness are key requisites for the role. Candidates grad/ grad calibre with CIPD qualification, and should be able to demonstrate a strong track record in a fast-paced commercial environment with experience in handling employee relations issues. Previous experience of working with trade unions would be an advantage.
