HR Advisor & Compliance Administrator Location: Home based - Milton Keynes basedSalary: £17 - £22 per hour, DOEContract: Part time, Permanent - 15 - 25 Hours per WeekStorm Auto Services are dedicated to supporting the collision sector, helping repairers calibrate, program and repair ADAS safety systems and other complex electronic systems.Our nationwide fleet of highly qualified automotive technicians, provide a wide range of advanced diagnostics and programming services.We are now recruiting for an HR Advisor and Compliance Administrator to provide HR advice and support whilst continuing to ensure HR Processes, records and policies are compliant with UK employment legislation.As our HR Advisor and Compliance Administrator you will: Advise managers on employee relations (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance)Support HR processes and ensure consistent application of policiesMaintain and update HR policies in line with legislationEnsure compliance (e.g. right to work, GDPR, training records)Maintain accurate HR records and prepare documentationTrack employee lifecycle activities and produce basic reportsIn order to be successful in this role you must have: HR Advisor experience with employee relations caseworkGood knowledge of UK employment lawStrong organisation, communication, and attention to detailAble to work independently in a remote settingCIPD Level 3+ or equivalent experienceProfessional judgement and confidentialityOrganisation and time managementFlexibility and reliabilityIf you feel you have the necessary skills and experience to be successful in this role, click on APPLY today!No agencies please.JBRP1_UKTJ
