As an HR Advisor, you'll be a trusted enabler at the heart of Army life-supporting personnel administration, pay, welfare, and career management. You'll help units run smoothly by delivering accurate, timely support that empowers commanders and looks after our people. What you'll do: Provide HR advice on pay, leave, service records, and career progression. Deliver personnel administration during routine activity, exercises, and deployments. Support welfare cases with sensitivity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Use MOD HR systems and produce clear, actionable reports for decision-makers.
