We are working on behalf of an established organisation who are looking to recruit an experienced HR Adviser to join their HR department. This is a fixed term contract for a minimum of 12 months to cover maternity leave, potential to cover up to 15 months.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and people-focused HR professional to play a key role in supporting managers and colleagues across 6 Group businesses supporting 400 employees. As HR Adviser, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support on employee relations matters, ensuring policies and procedures are created/updated and applied consistently, and partnering with managers to deliver effective people solutions. The role is varied and hands-on, combining operational HR support with involvement including L&D sourcing training courses to meet employee needs and managing employee benefits programme.

This is a full time office based role working Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm with half hour lunch.
