HR Adviser

We are working exclusively with our client to recurit a proactive and resilient HR Adviser to join our growing business. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who thrives in a busy, reactive environment and is confident managing a high-volume workload with shifting priorities.
You will play a key role in supporting managers across the business, providing expert HR guidance while ensuring best practice and compliance with employment legislation.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day HR advice and support to managers on a wide range of employee relations matters
* Manage a high volume of cases including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management, and performance issues
* Support a rapidly growing workforce with timely and effective HR solutions
* Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied and up to date
* Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
* Maintain accurate HR records and produce reports where required
* Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
* Proven experience in a busy HR Adviser or HR Generalist role
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
* Comfortable working in a highly reactive, fast-moving environment
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
