About the roleWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our HR Shared Services team in Caerphilly on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is integral to delivering a high-quality, efficient HR administration service across the full employee lifecycle, supporting both employees and managers across the business.You will serve as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing timely and accurate guidance, resolving issues where possible, and escalating appropriately when required. The role requires a strong attention to detail, a commitment to confidentiality, and a focus on maintaining accurate employee data while delivering excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities (but not limited)Provide efficient and accurate HR administration support across all stages of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to exitAct as the first point of contact for employees and managers, responding to HR queries and providing guidance or escalation where requiredManage HR documentation confidentially and accurately within Workday, ensuring data integrity at all timesSupport the upkeep and continuous improvement of HR procedures, processes and best practicesWork collaboratively with the wider HR team to deliver a consistent and positive employee experienceAbout youWe're looking for someone to be detail-oriented and customer-focused HR professional who enjoys delivering a high-quality administrative service. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, you will be confident handling queries, managing sensitive information with discretion, and supporting managers and employees with professionalism.
