Job Description
SCOPEOFJOB
根据业务发展需要明确招聘需求、制定招聘方案、拓展招聘渠道,进行人才寻访,建立和改善招聘策略、甄选流程、工具及人才库等,优化招聘流程和平台运营、提升效能,建立RS海外人才库。AlignHRdirectionwithoverseasbusinessdevelopment,identifyrecruitmentrequirements,setandupdaterecruitmentstrategy,planning,expandrecruitchannels(includingjobboardoperation),reachpotentialtalents,improverecruitmentbuilduptheRSoverseasHRSOPovertime.
定期向高层团队汇报招聘进展。Keepingseniorleadershipteamregularlyupdatedaboutthecandidatepipelineandshortlist.
管理劳动关系,包括薪资管理、绩效考核系统、数据分析。Manageemployeerelations,includingtheimplementationofasalarymanagementandperformanceappraisalsystem,andconductevaluationsanddataanalysisaccordingly.
按领导的建议方针,执行和管理人事政策/流程。Implementandadministerhumanresourcepoliciesandprocedures,inlinewithmanagementguidelines.
管理/执行公司自由职业者方针与流程。AdministertheCompany’sfreelancerguidelinesandpractices.
按公司及员工需求来设计培训计划。Designandexpandrelevanttrainingbasedonthecompanyandindividualneeds.
管理人力资源讯息系统。ManagetheCompany'sHRInformationsystem.
参与人力资源部采购流程。ParticipateintheCompany'sHRprocurementprocedures.
办公室行政管理,与办公室管理公司维系关系,并确保日常办公室有效运营。Office/adminmanagement,maintainrelationshipwiththeofficefacilitysupplieranddaytodayofficeoperation.
与相关部门对接(例,财务、法务&合规),确保海外人事/行政项目顺利执行。Liaisewithrelevantdepartments(suchasFinanceandLegal&Compliance),toensuresuccessfulprojectplanningandexecution.其他岗位相关任务。Performanyad-hocdutiesasrequired.
- EXPERIENCE&COMPETENCIES
- 本科学历,人力资源管理/商科或相关领域。Bachelor’sdegreeinHumanResources,BusinessManagement,orarelatedfield
- HR经验,招聘经验尤佳 SolidHRpractitioner,recruitmentexperiencewouldbeaplus
- CIPD验证 CIPDqualified
- 双语,英语及普通话。流利普通话(书写和口语),用于定期与中国总部对接。BilingualinEnglishandMandarin.FluentinMandarin,bothwrittenandverbalessentialtomeetregularcommunicationswithHeadquartersinChina.
