Role Overview Riverside is seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and proactive Housing Case Worker to provide on-site support to residents at Marsh Way House. This role involves no travel between properties and focuses on delivering one-to-one, person-centred support that empowers residents to become tenancy ready and engage with essential services. Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of 8–9 residents currently in temporary accommodation

Deliver housing-related guidance, including tenancy applications and system navigation

Support residents in accessing Universal Credit, housing benefits, and entitlements

Facilitate registration with GPs, banks, councils, and other vital services

Conduct keywork sessions focused on budgeting, goal setting, and wellbeing
