The main purpose of the role will be to assist them in developing life skills, regain stability and transition into independent living. Responsibilities of the Ho using Support Officer: Developing and maintaining supportive, trusting relationships with young residents, acting as a mentor and guide in their journey towards independent living. Supporting young people in navigating housing applications, securing move-on accommodation, and understanding tenancy rights and responsibilities.
