Falkirk Council is inviting applications to undertake the role of Housing Support Assistant on an as and when required basis delivering trauma informed support to the residents of the Castings. You will be working alongside an established team delivering person-centred support to vulnerable adults in a housing support service. The Castings is going through a magical transformation, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to be a part of this journey. It would be advantageous to have a knowledge of homelessness, the benefits system, welfare rights and be familiar with the SSSC codes of practice. A willingness to obtain, work towards or be educated to SVQ Level 2 in Social Care or equivalent will be required.
