About the role As a Housing Manager, you’ll oversee a team of Housing Officers and be responsible for driving operational performance, customer experience, and service consistency across your area.

This role is all about being out there – seeing, hearing, and understanding the real issues your team and customers face. You’ll spend around 60% of your time on-site, whether that’s in the office, out on patch, working alongside your team, or meeting with customers and partners.
