Specifically, the client is looking for a Junior Solicitor who is keen to build their expertise within social housing litigation and housing management work. The role involves joining a collaborative and established team, representing social housing provider clients. You will be handling a caseload of housing disputes and litigation matters as well as providing advice on housing management matters, ensuring compliance with legislation through transactions, disputes and proceedings. Qualified Solicitor or CILEX Lawyer with relevant practice rights Experience or demonstrable knowledge in social housing litigation including ASB A collaborative approach and eager to be involved in business development
