This role is pivotal in working closely with tenants and their support workers to manage housing issues effectively and oversee the day-to-day operations of the furnished tenancies scheme. Day-to-day of the role: Monitor tenants' compliance with tenancy agreements, house rules, and court orders, taking appropriate action when rules are broken. Manage and track rent, utility, and other charges, maintaining accurate records and reporting issues as necessary. Handle all aspects of tenancies, including initiating, managing, and concluding them, which includes issuing Notices to Quit. Support tenants and their support workers with tenancy-related planning. Assess the quality and suitability of furniture in properties and arrange for cleaning, repairs, replacements, or disposal as needed.
