Housing Engagement Officer

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Housing Engagement Officer to join our team and support individuals with a wide range of needs, promoting independence and improving quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily living support (medication prompts, budgeting, appointments)
Work with vulnerable individuals, including complex needs
Liaise with external agencies (social services, healthcare, police)
Safeguard tenants and ensure health & safety compliance
Maintain accurate records and support tenancy-related issues
Inspect properties and ensure readiness for new tenants

Requirements:

Strong communication & organisational skills
Caring, non-judgmental, and empathetic approach
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good IT and administrative skills
Team player with flexible working attitude xrlawcv
Understanding of confidentiality & safeguarding
