Shaping the future of housing across Northamptonshire Supporting the delivery of new build council housing and estate regeneration projects Acquiring and disposing of social housing properties to meet housing needs Working with partners including housing associations, developers, and internal teams Contributing to strategic planning, funding bids, and policy development Ensuring developments meet high standards of design, accessibility, and sustainabilityTo be successful in this role, you'll need:
