Job Title: Housing Trainer Assessor

Salary: £32,433 to £38,463 p.a. depending on qualifications and experience.

Ability to assess and deliver higher level qualifications required for consideration of higher end salary.

Overview:

We are recruiting for a training professional responsible for delivering and assessing housing-related qualifications to learners across a range of settings. The role involves supporting individuals through their learning journey, ensuring they develop the skills, knowledge, and competencies required to succeed in the housing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality training sessions, including workplace learning and one-to-one coaching
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement
• Manage a caseload of learners, tracking performance against agreed targets
• Collaborate with employers to ensure training aligns with workplace needs
• Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory and awarding body requirements
• Promote inclusive learning, equality, and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Relevant industry experience in housing
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to support diverse learners and adapt delivery methods
• Relevant qualifications (or willingness to work towards them) in assessment and/or teaching

Working Style:

A flexible, largely independent role involving hybrid working and travel to learner or employer locations as required.
