About the role: In this role, you will carry out a wide range of practical housing management tasks focused on tenancy start-ups, tenancy closures, and supporting tenants through resettlement. Your responsibilities will include managing rent arrears, monitoring void properties, supporting income collection and addressing issues such as anti-social behaviour. Youll also deliver enhanced housing management support to help tenants sustain their tenancies successfully. In addition, you will ensure that all properties are maintained to a high standard by carrying out regular inspections and reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly.
