Hamilton Local Office Hours: 35 hours per week, fixed term until June 2026 Monday - Friday Salary / Hourly Rate: £24,325 - £27,391 per year The role of Housing Assistant undertakes a wide range of clerical duties including word processing, filing and photocopying and has the added advantage of working within a busy locality housing office, supporting Housing Officers and providing advice to tenants and customers, making a direct impact to the local community and our service users. You will be required to demonstrate the ability to organise and prioritise your workload, respond to changing priorities and contribute effectively to team goals and projects, as well as demonstrating the necessary skills to use all relevant IT systems and software applications, in particular having a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
