Duties and responsibilities related to the Housekeeping Team Leader role  

• Supervise the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring all rooms and public areas meet brand cleanliness standards.

• Lead, support, and motivate team members to deliver efficient and high-quality service.

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards are consistently met.

• Allocate daily tasks and manage staff productivity to ensure timely completion of duties.

• Train and support housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to procedures and standards.

• Handle guest requests and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

• Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies and linen, ensuring proper usage and control.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

About you 

As a Team Leader you have a solid background in housekeeping and a clear understanding of what it takes to uphold high standards in a premium hotel environment. You know how to set expectations, support your colleagues, and keep morale high even on the busiest days.

You communicate clearly, step in where needed, and lead by example whether that’s coaching a new team member, coordinating room priorities, or resolving an unexpected issue with professionalism and care. Your approach blends operational discipline with genuine hospitality, helping your team deliver a seamless guest experience from check‑in to check‑out.
