About The Bentley Hotel An exciting opportunity has arrived to join our stunning and luxury hotel. We are currently recruiting for experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team. Widely acclaimed as one of the grandest hotels in London. Role & Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections to ensure all areas meet luxury brand standards. Ensure rooms and public spaces are guest-ready within required timeframes. Support with periodic deep cleaning schedules. Maintain strict adherence to cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and COSHH guidelines. Provide regular feedback and training to help them achieve the required standards in the required timeframe. Attend departmental meetings and assist in ensuring a clear and consistent communication regarding team performance and goals. Identify maintenance issues and report promptly to the engineering team. Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities. Assist in linen delivery and monthly Stock take within the Department. Maintain accurate records of room status, inspections, and tasks completed. Assist with Rota planning, attendance tracking and timesheets Support departmental audits and quality checks. Supervise and actively participate in cleaning and servicing of: -Guest bedrooms and suites -Public areas including lobby, corridors, restrooms -Spa and wellness facilities -Restaurants and bar areas -Meeting and event spaces -Back-of-house areas Required Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping within a 5-star hotel or similar environment. Proven supervisory or team leadership experience. Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards. Hands-on approach with a willingness to support operational tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of health & safety and hygiene standards. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays. Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
