Godfrey Group Facilities Ltd is a national housekeeping and facilities company, with head office based in Ruthin, North Wales. We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Supervisor to join our housekeeping team at the prestigious holiday park in Holywell.

This role is ideal for someone looking to step into a strong number two position, supporting the Housekeeping Manager and supervising the team when required. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards across the park, checking accommodation, supporting cleaners, and cleaning lodges on quieter days.

Please note: Own transport is essential due to the location of the site.

The Role

Your primary function will be to supervise the Housekeeping team in delivering the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation across the holiday park. You will supervise the team with support of your regional manager, carry out standard checks, clean lodges, run changeover days, manage the team, some admin tasks, stock orders etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and checking holiday lodges.
  • Preparing and organizing cleaning products and supplies for the team.
  • Running changeover days, allocating cleans and supervising the team.
  • Supporting cleaners with day-to-day requirements
  • Motivating the housekeeping team to ensure all lodges are ready for 4pm check-in
  • Carrying out accommodation checks to ensure agreed standards are met
  • Correct use of the reporting system
  • Regularly checking property inventories and reporting missing or required items to the Head Housekeeper
  • Cleaning lodges to the highest standard when required
  • Basic admin tasks.
  • Regular stock checks and orders.

Working Hours

  • Mondays and Fridays are essential
  • Occasional additional days depending on business needs
