Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the linen room, linen storage, chemical room, and all back-of-house service areas.
• Receive, sort, count, and deliver clean and dirty linen to support daily hotel operations.
• Assist with linen ordering, stock control, and weekly inventory checks.
• Remove, count, and record rejected linen and ensure proper handling procedures are followed.
• Deliver guest requests such as extra beds, cribs, and other items promptly and professionally.
• Support deep cleaning schedules and assist with special cleaning projects as required.
• Report maintenance issues across linen rooms, storage areas, and back-of-house corridors.
• Provide support to public areas, car park, outdoor areas, offices, and other departments when needed.
• Ensure proper storage and movement of furniture and assist with guest room conversions.
• Train new colleagues, ensuring they understand policies, procedures, and daily operational standards.
