Duties and responsibilities related to the Housekeeping Attendant role
Maintain exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across all assigned guest rooms and areas, ensuring a welcoming environment for every arrival.
Prepare rooms to brand standards by completing daily cleaning tasks, restocking amenities and reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
Work collaboratively with Guest Services and other hotel teams to support a seamless and personalised guest experience.
Respond to guest requests and enquiries professionally, ensuring needs are met efficiently and with genuine care.
Observe and record guest preferences or special requirements to enhance future stays and support personalised service.
Ensure all lost property is handled and reported according to hotel procedures to guarantee secure and accurate processing.
Maintain housekeeping trolleys, equipment and storage areas in a clean, organised and safe condition at all times.
Follow daily workload expectations, including completing assigned room credits, while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
About you
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented housekeeping professional with a strong commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and presentation standards. Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within a hotel or hospitality environment, is highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will take pride in creating a welcoming and personalised experience for guests, work efficiently within daily room credit expectations, and collaborate confidently with other teams to support a seamless and memorable stay for every guest.
