A leading luxury hotel in Devon is recruiting a Receptionist to join its professional front-of-house team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Receptionist to work in a high-quality hotel setting overlooking Sidmouth Bay.
The Receptionist will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the front desk, delivering outstanding customer service to guests. This role suits a friendly and organised Receptionist who enjoys working in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs
*
Answer telephone calls and handle guest enquiries
*
Take reservations and manage bookings
*
Work closely with housekeeping and other departments
*
Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
Key Requirements:
*
Previous experience as a Receptionist in a quality hotel preferred
*
Strong communication and customer service skills
*
Well organised and able to work independently or as part of a team
*
Front of House system experience an advantage (training provided)
