This is an excellent opportunity for a Receptionist to work in a high-quality hotel setting overlooking Sidmouth Bay. The Receptionist will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the front desk, delivering outstanding customer service to guests. This role suits a friendly and organised Receptionist who enjoys working in a busy environment. Key Responsibilities: Welcome guests and manage check-ins and check-outs
Answer telephone calls and handle guest enquiries
Take reservations and manage bookings
Work closely with housekeeping and other departments
Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
Key Requirements: Previous experience as a Receptionist in a quality hotel preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Well organised and able to work independently or as part of a team
Front of House system experience an advantage (training provided)
