Hotel Night Manager

We're looking for a Hotel Night Manager to oversee smooth overnight operations. You'll be the main point of contact for guests, ensure excellent service, manage night staff, handle check-ins/outs, and maintain safety and security throughout the hotel.
Responsibilities include: resolving guest issues, coordinating with housekeeping, conducting property checks, and completing the night audit and nightly reports. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, leadership ability, attention to detail, and prior hotel front-office or supervisory experience. A hospitality qualification is desirable.
Hours: Weekdays, Weekends
