Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of hotel operations in our 200 bedroom hotel. You will ensure high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations across all departments
Provide leadership and direction to department heads, including Reception, Maintenance, Housekeeping, F&B and M&E
Ensure consistent delivery of high service standards and guest experience
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and revenue targets
Support the successful delivery of Front of House, F&B and M&E operations
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational standards
Requirements: Proven experience in a hotel leadership role
Strong operational and commercial understanding
Experience working with F&B and/or M&E
Excellent leadership and communication skills
