Position Overview: The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel(s), ensuring exceptional guest service, financial profitability, and a safe and engaging work environment. The GM is a hands-on leader who guides the team to meet and exceed operational goals, quality standards, and revenue targets.
