We are looking for a Host / Hostess to join our Flute team @Broadwick Soho What is in it for you? As a Host in Flute at Broadwick Soho, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the guest experience from the moment our guests arrive. The position involves warmly welcoming our guests, managing reservations, walk-ins and in-house guests with efficiency and discretion, ensuring seamless table allocations to create atmosphere, fun and memorable experiences. We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests and colleagues. You will work with brilliant colleagues across the Hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience. This role is a full-time position of 5 shifts per week. We require flexibility to work on a rota basis covering day shifts starting at midday and evening shifts. Closing working hours are past midnight. Experience in a similar role in a luxury bar or restaurant. Seven Rooms experience and knowledge is preferable. Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to build rapport with people easily. A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail. A confident, energetic, and passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure.
