As a host, you will be the first impression of the company. With a positive, friendly demeanor, you will be the face of EL&N. Our EL&N hosts will need to be; . Positive and friendly, making sure all guests are welcomed with a smile . Well, informed about the menu . Organized and able to manage a queue and wait times (we do not take bookings) . Able to work as a team to allocate seating as soon as possible, including clearing tables and supporting the FOH team when necessary . Accommodating to guests with alternative requirements (wheelchairs, buggies etc.) . Polite, and able to answer incoming calls and questions The ideal candidate will have the following : . Previous Host/Customer service experience . bubbly demeanor .
