Make an Impact at RSM UK We are looking for a Hospitality Team Lead to join our London office on a 12-month FTC, to support two separate elements of client/guest hospitality – Front of House and catering. Based on the reception desk, the front of house duties require the employee to act as the first point of contact for guests to the office, ensuring that the highest standards of client service are always maintained, and to competently manage the meeting room booking system. The catering duties, based out of the client kitchen, require the employee to aid the Hospitality Manager and Hospitality Team Leader with all aspects of meeting room management and catering. You’ll make an impact by:
Maintaining front of house areas including meeting rooms, and managing the meeting room booking system Meeting and greeting guests in a confident and professional manner and building a rapport with clients Liaising with relevant persons to agree catering requirements for upcoming meetings and events Preparing refreshments for meetings following a room‑booking schedule and clearing and disinfecting rooms after use Maintaining all daily duties as per the food management system daily schedules, in line with the health and safety food handling requirements Supporting large scale events under the guidance and direction of the Hospitality Manager

Flexibility needed around working hours to meet the needs of the business on occasions such as evening events Availability to work evenings (sufficient notice is provided) up to 3 per week Previous experience within front of house and hospitality/catering Experienced in working within a fast paced, customer service role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self‑motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment Reliable and flexible attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure Strong team player who is willing to support colleagues within the department
