This includes food service, activities, housekeeping, and maintenance, ensuring a welcoming, engaging, and high-quality environment for residents, families, and visitors.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, continuous improvement, and excellent service.
Ensure residents receive exceptional experiences that exceed their needs and expectations.
Oversee food service operations and work closely with the chef to deliver quality meals on time.
Develop and manage engaging activities that support residents interests, enjoyment, and wellbeing.
Maintain excellent first impressions and high standards of cleanliness across the home.
Ensure maintenance issues are addressed promptly to keep the facility safe and well maintained.
