We are seeking an exceptional Head Chef to lead the hospitality offer at a brand-new corporate contract catering site . This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, driven chef with a fine dining or high-end corporate hospitality background who thrives on detail, creativity, and leadership.
This role offers an excellent Monday to Friday work pattern, delivering high-quality food in a professional corporate environment.
As Head Chef, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the culinary identity of the site from day one. You will be responsible for delivering outstanding food across a diverse hospitality portfolio, including working lunches, high-profile events, fine dining experiences, and canapé functions .
The Role Lead and inspire the kitchen team with positive energy and clear direction

Develop, design, and deliver innovative menus for corporate hospitality and events

Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency

Be highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment

Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company standards

Work closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Manage challenges effectively, always finding practical and creative solutions

About You Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in fine dining restaurants or premium corporate hospitality

Strong eye for detail and passion for beautifully executed food

A natural leader who motivates, develops, and supports their team

Well organised, adaptable, and calm under pressure

Creative, commercially aware, and excited by building something new

Excellent communication skills with a hands-on leadership style
