General Manager – Luxury Lifestyle Dining | London

We are headhunting a General Manager for a globally recognised luxury lifestyle hospitality brand operating one of London’s most vibrant, high-profile venues.

This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-energy, guest-driven restaurant known for its atmosphere, late-night energy, and international clientele.

This is not a traditional, office-based GM role.

The focus is on:

* Being the face of the business

* Leading from the floor, not the office

* Hosting and engaging with VIP & HNW guests

* Driving music-led service, energy, and atmosphere

* Creating a true “see and be seen” dining experience

You’ll be supported by an experienced senior team, allowing you to focus on presence, culture, and guest experience.

We’re looking for candidates from high-profile, lifestyle-led venues with a strong social scene and premium clientele.

You will likely have experience in:

* Late-night, high-energy restaurants or members clubs

* Experience-led dining concepts with entertainment or DJs

* Luxury venues with a strong VIP and international guest base

* Large, high-revenue operations with established teams

You will be:

* A proven General Manager or senior leader

* Highly confident with affluent, global clientele

* A natural host with charisma, presence, and polish

* Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

* A leader who thrives on the floor, not behind a desk

The Package

* £90,000 - £100,000 base salary

* £120,000–£130,000 OTE (service charge driven)

* Established, high-performing venue — not a turnaround

* Immediate start available
