Chef de Partie Hospitality Monday to Friday
Location Canary Wharf
Hours 40 hours per week
Pay £17.89 per hour

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our hospitality team in Canary Wharf. This is a Monday to Friday role offering a strong work life balance within a professional kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
Production preparation and service of a high quality hospitality offer
Delivering a varied menu including breakfast service hot and cold lunches sandwiches and salads
Preparation and service of fine dining menus canapés and bowl food events
Maintaining high food standards and presentation at all times
Supporting hospitality events and bespoke catering requests

Requirements
Strong classical cooking background
Passionate reliable and dedicated team player
Basic knowledge of food safety and health and safety regulations
Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment

Overtime is mandatory based on business demands
