Home Pricing Manager - General Insurance

North Co Recruitment are working with a leading UK general insurer to appoint a Home Pricing Manager to lead pricing strategy and performance across their Home insurance portfolio. This is a high-visibility role partnering closely with underwriting, trading and analytics teams to drive profitable growth, strengthen market positioning and ensure strong pricing governance in the intermediated market.
What you’ll do Lead pricing strategy and performance for Home insurance products. Oversee the development and implementation of predictive pricing models (GLMs, demand, propensity and machine learning models). Use portfolio analytics, customer behaviour and market insight to drive sustainable, profitable growth. Coach and develop analysts, building technical capability and a high-performance pricing culture. Monitor competitor and market dynamics, translating insight into actionable pricing decisions. Present clear, data-led recommendations to senior leadership to influence strategic direction. Own regular price change activity, ensuring strong governance and compliance.
