Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day service management, ensuring compliance and high-quality care Lead and mentor the care team to deliver best practice Manage budgets and resources to sustain effective operations Promote a positive, person-centred culture Build lasting relationships with families, regulators, and community partners Requirements Proven track record managing a care home (nursing or residential) Understanding of governance, safeguarding, and regulatory frameworks Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities Ability to engage and motivate teams in a busy environment What’s in it for you?
