Home Care Worker

We are currently looking for compassionate and dedicated Domiciliary Homecare Workers to join our team and provide exceptional care to our clients in their own homes in the Cromer area
Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Support clients with mobility, including transfers and positioning.
Help with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and ensuring clients are eating healthily.
Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment.
Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering meaningful relationships with clients.
Administer medication and support clients with their medication needs.
Monitor clients well-being and report any concerns or changes in health to the management team.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in a care role is desirable but not essential.
Passionate about helping others and making a real difference in their lives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, compassionate, and able to work independently.
Flexible and adaptable to meet clients' needs.
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.

£13.22 during the week
£14.28 at weekends
£16.40 bank holidays
Paid travel and mileage
Shift Patterns:
07:00am 14:00pm
16:00pm 22:00pm
Alternative weekends are required
Minimum of 2 evenings per week
