Job Summary Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and Assistant Manager Food and Beverage Manager, the F&B Supervisor will oversee all aspects of the restaurant and bar in the hotel. The role ensures consistent service standards, guest satisfaction, brand compliance, and smooth daily operations. Responsibilities

Act as the leader on shift, ensuring all areas are run effectively in the absence of the Head of Department. Maintain and exceed department targets, brand standards, and hygiene regulations. Supervise staff, ensuring high service delivery, guest satisfaction, and product knowledge. Handle guest complaints and issues in a timely, efficient manner. Comply with health and safety procedures and report hazards. Conduct training and personnel exercises to improve standards. Serve as Manager on duty when required.

Skills and Experience Required Criteria

Experience within a Food and Beverage role. Proven supervising and directing others with a hands‑on approach. Customer service experience. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Strong communication and organisational skills.

Desired Criteria

Experience as a supervisor in the hospitality industry. 5 GCSEs at grade C+ or equivalent qualification.
