A warm and supportive school in Wendover is seeking a proactive and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join their team from September 2026. This role is ideal for an experienced TA or HLTA who is confident leading lessons, supporting pupils across key stages, and contributing to a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead whole‑class lessons in the absence of the teacher, following planned materials and maintaining high expectations. Provide targeted small‑group and 1:1 support to help pupils progress academically, socially, and emotionally. Work alongside teachers to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging learning activities. Support pupils with additional needs by adapting resources and approaches to suit different learning styles. Monitor and record pupil progress, sharing updates with teaching staff and contributing to assessments.
