HLTA | Excellent Primary School in Harrow | September Start A supportive two-form entry primary school in Harrow is looking for an experienced HLTA to join their dedicated team this September 2025.
HLTA | Role Summary: Support learning across the curriculum in EYFS, KS1 or/and KS2 Deliver pre-planned lessons during teacher absence or PPA Lead small group interventions and contribute to planning Promote a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment
HLTA | Candidate Profile: Has relevant experience to meet HLTA standards Ideally holds a 2:1 or above in a UK Psychology degree, a Bachelor's in Education, or a related field Minimum of one years experience as a TA/LSA in a UK school Excellent knowledge of the primary curriculum Confident leading a class and managing behaviour positively Adaptable, proactive, and a great team player
