About the Role This HLTA position offers far more than a traditional classroom role. You will work closely with pupils who may present challenging behaviour, supporting emotional regulation, resilience, and access to learning through tailored approaches. The role also includes planned and short-notice class cover, requiring confidence in leading learning and maintaining consistency within the classroom.
