Tradewind Recruitment is looking for experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs) to support local schools across Saffron Walden and surrounding areas. Roles are available immediately, with both temporary and long-term positions available.

Role Overview:

Supporting teachers in the classroom
Delivering pre-planned lessons and PPA cover
Helping pupils reach their full potentialIdeal Candidate:

Holds an HLTA qualification (or equivalent experience)
Experienced in supporting or leading learning in classrooms
