Academics are recruiting skilled HLTA staff to support a range of primary schools on a temporary, flexible ongoing basis, with opportunities to deliver interventions and provide PPA/class cover. Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire Contract: Temporary, flexible ongoing positions Pay: £115 - £145 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella fees) Start Date: ASAP or a start date that suits you About the Role As an HLTA, you will support teaching and learning across the primary curriculum, delivering pre-planned lessons during PPA cover, small group interventions, or supporting targeted pupils including those with SEND. You will work closely with teachers and SLT, contributing to planning, delivery and assessment where required.
