We are seeking to onboard a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their team on an agency basis, for long-term opportunities. The Role:

As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in both supporting and leading learning across the school. Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting pupils with a range of complex needs, including Autism, PMLD, and SEMH Delivering targeted interventions and tailored learning activities to small groups and individual students. Taking the lead in the classroom during planned teacher absence, providing structured and engaging cover sessions. Working closely with teaching staff to differentiate learning resources, monitor progress, and contribute to planning and assessment. Contributing to behaviour support strategies and helping to create a calm, inclusive learning environment.You Will Need:
