Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) Full-Time | 5 Days per Week Secondary Schools across Lambeth

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to work full-time across a range of welcoming and inclusive secondary schools in the Lambeth borough.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HLTA who is passionate about supporting young people and keen to develop their career within a supportive and forward-thinking school environment.

The Role:

Deliver planned lessons and provide high-quality classroom support across secondary year groups

Support students with a range of learning needs, including SEND

Work collaboratively with teachers, SEN staff, and pastoral teams

Contribute positively to students' academic progress, confidence, and wellbeing

Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

What We're Looking For:

HLTA qualification or equivalent experience

Strong experience working within secondary school settings

Confidence in leading small groups or whole classes when required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive, flexible, and professional approach
