A friendly and inclusive primary school in Mitcham is looking for a dedicated HLTA to join their team from September 2025.
Location: Mitcham
Start Date: September 2025
Daily Rate: £100 - £120 (depending on experience)
Role Overview:
Delivering lessons in the absence of the class teacher
Supporting pupils across a range of year groups
Leading small group interventions and supporting SEND pupils
Assisting with planning and assessment where required
Working closely with teaching staff to raise achievement and engagementRequirements:
HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
Previous experience supporting teaching and learning in a primary school
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
A positive, proactive and flexible attitude
